Content Factory

Custom content for the training only your company needs

We produce interactive e-learning courses from the content that already exists in your operation: procedure, regulation, system, culture. You receive the SCORM package, ready to publish on your LMS.

Six screens from courses produced by Clarity: a coaching activity, a video shoot in the studio, a course on cosmetic technology, a quiz styled as a TV game show, a video with a presenter about health and wellbeing and a store management game.

When it makes sense

Custom works when the content is yours

  • The training covers a procedure, system, product or culture that exists only in your company.
  • A regulation or an audit is involved and the content has to reflect your reality exactly.
  • The material already exists (a deck, a manual, a recording) and needs to become a course people actually finish.
  • The audience is large or spread out, and live training does not scale.

When it does not

And when it is better to start elsewhere

  • The subject is universal, such as leadership, communication or productivity. Existing content usually solves that faster and for less.
  • The need is urgent and the material you already have covers most of what you need.
  • The content does not yet exist, not even in someone's head. In that case we start with learning consulting, not production.

Formats

The format follows the objective, not the trend

We combine formats within one project, according to what each piece of content calls for.

Screen from an onboarding course for a retail chain, with a photo of the store and the course navigation

Interactive e-learning course

Navigation, activities and assessment, with progress and score recorded in the LMS.

Frame from a video with a digital presenter in an office, with an on-screen subtitle

Video with a digital presenter

Synchronised narration and animation, with captions. Fast to produce and easy to update.

Screen from a logistics training game: the map of a truck yard, three possible routes with the time and cost of each, and a waste counter

Learning games

Missions, points and challenges for content that needs repetition and engagement.

System tutorial showing the real software screen with the step instruction highlighted

Simulators and system tutorials

The real system screen, to practise without risk in the production environment.

Frame from a short video about food production, with an illustrated character, a presenter and a sign language window

Microlearning and rapid learning

Short pieces for refreshers, campaigns and reinforcement in the daily routine.

Screen from an interactive material about the telecoms sector, with the text beside a podcast the learner plays by clicking the icon

Interactive materials and audio podcasts

Supporting content for people who learn by reading, or by listening while travelling between sites.

Delivery

What you receive

A package ready to publish

The course packaged in SCORM 1.2, tested on your LMS, with progress, completion and score tracking verified.

Project documentation

Approved instructional planning and storyboard, which serve as reference for future updates and for internal audit.

Assessment and learning data

Quizzes, final assessment and passing criteria defined with you, so your LMS produces the indicators your board asks for.

Accessibility considered from the design stage

Captions, contrast, keyboard navigation and plain language, so the training reaches the whole audience.

Process

How the project moves, stage by stage

  1. Instructional planning

Objectives, audience, structure, strategies and formats. This is also where we agree on a detailed schedule with deadlines, before any production starts.

  2. Storyboard

Every screen described: text, image, interaction, mechanic and narration. You approve the whole course on paper, while changing it is still quick and cheap.

  3. Production and publishing

Build, review, SCORM packaging and publishing on your platform, with a final functional test.

What we need from you

One content owner to validate the technical material, whatever reference material already exists, and an approval window at each stage. That is what keeps the deadline standing: e-learning projects are usually delayed by stalled reviews, not by production.

Regional operations

The same training, across several countries

For companies operating in Latin America, we produce the main version and the language adaptations while keeping visual identity, structure and assessment criteria. The regional team receives the same course, not an improvised translation. Versions adapted to each country's reality can also be considered.

Screen from a course showing the same video subtitled in Portuguese and French at once, with the selector below offering Portuguese, Spanish, French, English, Creole and Brazilian Sign Language

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before signing

Does it work on my LMS?

Yes. The standard delivery is SCORM 1.2, accepted by the vast majority of platforms. We test the upload together with you and check that progress, completion and score reach the reports correctly.

Can I update the course later?

You can. Updates are part of the life of any training, especially when a regulation or a system changes. The planning and the storyboard stay with you, which makes it easier to revise only the affected section instead of rebuilding the course.

Who writes the base content?

The technical content is yours, and we turn it into a learning experience. Our team structures it, scripts it, designs the activities and produces it. One of your specialists validates the accuracy of what goes in.

How long does it take?

It depends on the volume of content, the formats chosen and how quickly your team reviews. We commit to the deadline during instructional planning, with defined approval milestones.

How do you use artificial intelligence in production?

To speed up images, narration and animation, which shortens deadlines and reduces cost without giving up quality. Learning design, technical checking and the final review are still done by people on our team.

What if all I have is a PowerPoint deck?

That is the most common starting point. We assess what works, what is missing and what needs to change format to work as a course, and we bring that back in the instructional planning before producing anything.

Do you hand over the editable files?

It depends on the format contracted and the tool used. We define that in the proposal, openly, so it does not become a surprise later.

Can I see an example first?

You can. You can run a full demonstration inside your own LMS, with no meeting required. The demonstration courses are narrated in Portuguese. Choose a demonstration.
